My Workbench!: My Research Fields
I am mostly interested in electronic properties of III-V group semiconductor materials (specially as GaN); strain, transport parameters of two dimensional electron gas and two dimensional hole gas of AlGaN/GaN, AlInN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) heterostructures; carrier-carrier scattering and related scattering mechanisms in graphene; transport properties of graphene.Publications!
