I born at 1989. I was graduated from Gazi University Physics Department in 2010. Since May 2008, I'm studied on transport properties of AlGaN/GaN and AlInN/GaN HEMT structures with my advisor Asst. Prof. Dr. S.B.Lisesivdin.I'm a member of Hall-DLTS Facility in STARLAB...Community Works:
